Community Guidelines

The Pop Up Circle helps people discover great local experiences. These guidelines apply to everyone: customers, hosts and businesses.

Be respectful

• Treat hosts, staff and other guests with respect.
• No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.

Be honest

• Give accurate information when booking, including allergies, attendees and special requests.
• Hosts must list events truthfully, including pricing, capacity and dietary information.
• Do not post fake reviews, make fake bookings or send fake recommendations.

Keep it safe

• Do not take part in illegal activity, bring weapons, or create an unsafe environment.
• Hosts must comply with food safety, fire safety and capacity rules at the venue.
• Report anything that feels unsafe or suspicious through the Help Center.

Keep it useful

• Do not send spam, automatically collect data, or send unwanted commercial messages.
• Keep recommendations relevant and personal, not bulk marketing.

Consequences

If you break these guidelines, we may warn you, remove content, suspend your account, or permanently remove you from the platform. We will report serious breaches to the relevant authorities.
